Affordable option. Located in the heart of Manhattan, our Times Square studios are fully equipped with professional lighting, backdrops, and spacious setups for both portraits and full-body shots. We also offer outdoor options nearby at 8th Avenue and Times Square, perfect for a modern, New York–inspired look.
Time-saving solution. Our team sets up a professional studio in your office with camera, lighting, and background equipment. Your team members will be scheduled in 10-15 min blocks. We spend around 10-15 min taking pictures of each person and 10-15 min choosing the best photos while we take pictures of the next person.

How much do business headshots cost in NYC?
Individual sessions at our Times Square studio start at $225 (BASIC, 20 minutes), $350 (PRO, up to 1 hour) and $650 (MAX, up to 2 hours). On-site sessions at your Manhattan office start at $675. Team and company-wide rates are available. See the group pricing above or call us at 212-390-0410.
Where is your headshot studio located?
Our studio is at 260 W 44th Street, 5th Floor, New York, NY 10036, in the heart of Times Square, open daily 9 AM–9 PM. We also photograph teams on-site at your office anywhere in Manhattan.
How quickly do I get my photos?
Individual sessions include same-day delivery; team images are delivered within 24 hours. All photos are high-resolution and you own every image.
Can you photograph our whole team or company?
Yes. We photograph individuals and full teams, at our studio or on-site at your office, with a consistent background and style across everyone, so your company's headshots match. We've worked with teams at JPMorgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, Microsoft, Google, Pfizer and many more.
What should I wear for a corporate headshot?

Do you offer on-location headshots at our office?
Yes. We bring the studio to your Manhattan office. Locations outside Manhattan may require additional travel fees.
Can our company be invoiced?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Corporate clients can also pay by check, ACH or credit card against an invoice once an account is established with us.
Do you offer retouching and hair & makeup?
Yes. Professional retouching starts at $25 per image, and on-site hair & makeup is $250 per hour.
