Corporate & Team Headshots in NYC
We photograph teams at New York’s top law firms, banks and financial institutions, and healthcare and life-sciences organizations. We also work with universities, consulting firms, and global companies. From two new hires to three hundred people across offices, we give every face on your team page the same brand-aligned look.
Setup
Pick a date and we handle the rest. We bring a full studio to your office, or your team comes to our Times Square studio. Each person reserves a slot online, and sessions run in 10–15 minute blocks, so the day moves quickly and no one waits around. We are fully insured and provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for your building when one is required for access. Hair and makeup is optional, available for an added fee.
Photo Sessions
About 10 minutes per person, relaxed and guided. We direct angle, posture, and expression so everyone looks their best, and take plenty of photos to choose from. Choose your background ahead of time, or decide together on the day.
Review
Right after each person sits, we review their photos together on screen and pick the best one. If something is off, we reshoot on the spot. Everyone leaves knowing which image is theirs, with no proofs to chase down later.
Delivery
High-res images within 24 hours, delivered electronically to whoever you designate. Your company owns every image, with full rights to use them anywhere. Invoice by check, credit card, or ACH.

We choose the best shot with each person
As we photograph each person, we review the images together on screen and pick their best one on the spot. Everyone leaves knowing exactly which image is theirs. No proofs to chase down later.

Most studios take a week or more. We send your full session in high resolution, same day or within 24 hours. Retouching is optional and takes 3 business days.
A unique system for brand consistency
Matching headshots take more than one backdrop. We developed our own system: every image is retouched to the same standard, then formatted to your exact target pixel ratio and scaled and cropped so each face sits identically in every image. It’s how we guarantee one clean set, not twenty different looks.

How much do corporate and team headshots cost?
Office: $550 + $125 per person. Studio: by team size, from $350. Retouching: $25 per image.
Do you shoot on-site at our office?
Yes. We bring a full studio. We need a room, ideally 15′ × 15′. We schedule your team in 10–15 minute blocks.
Are you insured? Can you provide a COI for our building?
Yes. We are fully insured and provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming your building or property manager when one is required for access. Send us the COI requirements when you book and we turn it around quickly, well before shoot day.
How long does each person take?
About 10 minutes. We review on the spot. We shoot more if needed.
What backgrounds can we choose?
White, grey, black, outdoors, or your office interior. We’ll help you choose.
Where is your studio?
Our studio is in Times Square, at 260 W 44th Street, 5th Floor.
How fast do we get images, and who owns them?
High-res images within 24 hours. You own every image.
Can our company be invoiced?
Yes. Pay by check, credit card, or ACH.
Is retouching available?
Yes. $25 per image. Optional.
Can we add hair and makeup?
Yes. Professional hair and makeup is optional and booked separately. Our artists arrive about an hour before the shoot, at the same studio. Sessions are $250 per person, or $1,000 for a dedicated artist all day. Book hair & makeup.
